My Story

I’m Shana a mother of two beautiful children and wife to an amazing husband. I love running, football and being outdoors.

I have always been an active person, I grew up enjoying sports but I let myself continue to think I could eat and do whatever I wanted to my body and there would be no consequences! After the birth of my second child, in 2015, I was struggling with high blood pressure, a slew of hormonal issues, diabetes in the back of my brain (from family genetics) and I was topping the scale at over 200 lbs. I decided ENOUGH!

I was lucky enough to read an article by an amazing online trainer and I reached out to her for help. It was the best decision I have ever made! I did my exercises in my tiny bedroom while my young children slept and I soaked up all the information she taught me about nutrition…and ya know what?? It worked!

Fast forward today and not only am I smaller than I was when I graduated from high school but I’m healthier, smarter and now a certified personal trainer. I’m ready to have the same influence on others that I was lucky enough to have! I wanted to share my story so you know where I’ve been and how dedicated I am to helping others with similar stories.
