When I first started my wellness journey, I dreaded going to the gym. I had no idea what I was doing, I was intimidated by the beautiful people there and I felt awful in my skin! It took quite a bit of confidence-building that came from my commitment to building a healthier me before I felt comfortable in what I call the “big girl area.”
I would compare myself to others in the gym and around me. It wasn’t healthy. When I let go and just focused on my personal wellness goals and stop comparing myself to others, I started to see major results.
I learned that goals take time and commitment. When we think that we’re not achieving our goals fast enough, we veer off course. This can lead us back to our old, bad habits. We try something new but not necessarily healthy. This happened to me many times but I went back on my plan and kept going.
There will always be setbacks no matter what your goals. When you are ready to be your best self, I would be honored to guide you through your journey.

Making even small changes to your relationship with food can support your fitness goals. As a certified nutrition coach I’ll help you get ready for that special event, competition or just help you learn how to eat healthier.
I provide you with all the support and service a face-to-face professional does with the convenience of working for your schedule. If you are ready to put in the work, I will be there for you every step of the way.
